  • • Page hits and unique visitor counts are stored to showcase metrics when requesting games from industry partners for guide generation.

    • Device information is used to identify odd behaviors when reviewing metrics.

    • Location and language information is used to gauge interest in having guides translated to other languages.

How long is this data stored for?

• Personal data

  • • Email addresses and contact preferences are stored for up to three months after form submission.

• Anonymous data 

  • • Indefinitely.  Summarized yearly metrics are recorded at the end of a calendar year and retained for improvements and coordination with industry partners.  Once recorded, anonymous data is reset to make way for the new year.

  • • Nebula (the site owner), for correspondence.  Guide requests are anonymous after discussion.
